Return & Exchange Policy
To make a return please email us at: info@loversclub.co.uk with your reason for wanting to make the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if items are unused and in the same condition as they were sent. If items are not returned like this or are damaged they will be sent back to you.
If you would like to exchange your item (within 14 days) please contact us and we will handle this for you, provided the item you would like is in stock.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, and may take up to 10 working days.
If you are unhappy with your item or you receive it damaged please email us at info@loversclub.co.uk and he will be happy to help.

Customs charges
If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Lovers Club.

Free shipping is applied at checkout when you spend £75.00 or more. For UK shipping this may take up to 5 days. For International shipping this may take longer.

To ship our products we use Royal Mail. Once we have dispatched the item we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or loss.
